Beach love.

We headed over to the Central Coast for five nights last week to go camping.  I braved the first few nights on my own before Popeye was able to get a few days off from work to join us.  We had a great time riding our bikes all over town, eating at all our favorite restaurants, and playing in the beautiful sunshine.  Swee'Pea and I l-o-v-e camping.  And I'm thankful to have a husband who (usually) willingly goes along with my desire for adventure. 

Some of the highlights of our trip were....

playing miniature golf

making campfires

eating Linguine and Clams (drool)

devouring cinnamon rolls on an almost daily basis

taking long naps in the afternoon (yeah!  a break for mommy!)

riding bikes all over town

"window shopping" for our hypothetical dream trailer

renting the big bike for an afternoon

splashing the afternoon away in the ocean

early morning sea shell hunting

seeing "Brave" and "Spiderman" at the drive-in movie theater

and just spending the week as a family!
